The storm came and went and in Brooklyn we remained mostly unaffected. After 2 days stuck inside we decided it was time to explore and see how the city faired first hand. We set out from our house and walked to the financial district over the Brooklyn Bridge. Poking around in the flooded streets we snapped pictures documenting a once in a life event. We will probably never see the city in this state ever again. We walked up through Soho and over the Williamsburg Bridge before heading home.
