At the top of the World Trade Center might be the best view of Manhattan, Brooklyn, and New Jersey. The elevator ride alone is worth the trip. But once you get to the top you see a full 360 view of the entire city. On a floor above the main observation deck is a small restaurant where you can grab a class of wine, the perfect compliment to the view. Go during sunset for optional views.
